Job summary

Be Our Guest in Singapore is seeking an F&B Executive to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the service team with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences.

You will coordinate with kitchen staff and suppliers, manage inventory and costs, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of F&B experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer feedback and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.

• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer feedback or complaints.

• Manage inventory, stock ordering, receiving, and stock count to minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with kitchen and suppliers to ensure adequate stock and uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to achieve outlet targets
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
• Control operating costs, including labor, food cost, and wastage.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any repair requirements
• Assist the Outlet Manager in implementing promotions, audits, and operational improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
