Job summary

The Organic Winery PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented F&B Assistant Operations Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team. This full-time role based in City Hall, Central Region, focuses on hands-on restaurant operations, coordinating FOH, Bar and BOH, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

You will assist with staffing, shift briefings and performance, uphold high service standards, handle guest feedback, and support cost control and efficiency across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in restaurant, F&B or hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and coordinate FOH, Bar and BOH operations to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with staff roster, manpower planning and daily staff deployment.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and supervise staff performance.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant SOPs, hygiene and service standards.
• Monitor attendance, working hours, overtime and manpower requirements.
• Assist with inventory, operating supplies, equipment and maintenance matters.
• Train, coach and guide restaurant team members.
• Support cost control and improve operational efficiency.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
