Happiness Sunbo F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Operations Assistant Manager to support the management team in overseeing day-to-day F&B operations across outlets.

You will manage outlet operations, staffing, inventory, food quality, customer service, cost control, and compliance with SOPs and food safety requirements, while driving efficiency. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate across locations, mentor staff, and uphold service

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B operations and food production.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple outlets or locations is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in daily outlet operations.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations per SOPs and standards.
• Supervise and coordinate supervisory and operational staff.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff to maintain service standards.
• Monitor attendance, deployment, and work schedules; adjust as needed.
• Coordinate manpower deployment according to business needs.
• Conduct regular inspections aligned with SOPs and food safety."
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and customer service; maintain outlet conditions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety and workplace safety requirements.
• Manage inventory, stock movement, and stock rotation; prevent wastage.
• Work with teams to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Review daily sales and operations reports; highlight issues.
