Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in AI-powered productivity tools.
• Proficiency in digital collaboration platforms.
• Advanced skills in Canva.

Responsibilities

• Use Microsoft Office for utilization tracking, complex reporting, documentation, and create high-impact executive decks.
• Create sharp corporate presentations, menus, and departmental lookbooks.
• Use workspace tools and cross-platform integrations to keep communication seamless.
• Leverages AI tools to automate data parsing, synthesize financial targets, and accelerate numerical computing.
• Refine presentations, sharpen strategic targets, and draft high-level communications.
• Continuously seeks out and implements AI-driven shortcuts to make daily administrative tasks smarter and faster through workflow automation
• Manages end-to-end project timelines for the F&B division, ensuring cross-functional teams meet strict operational deadlines.
• Tracks and reports on utilization ratios to ensure assets, labour, and budgets are deployed with maximum efficiency.
• Master calendar optimization, task prioritization, and bottleneck resolution in fast-paced environments.
• Brings a happy, high-energy attitude to the workspace, supporting leadership and elevating the F&B brand.
