Job summary

You will design menus, manage purchasing, lead the F&B team, monitor KPIs, and ensure health and safety compliance, while driving continuous improvements and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage all food and beverage operations daily within budgeted guidelines to achieve high-quality service and operational standards
• Maintain excellent levels of customer service for both internal teams and external guests by monitoring and improving service delivery
• Design innovative and appealing menus, manage purchasing of goods, and implement continuous improvements to enhance offerings
• Identify customer needs through active listening and respond proactively to resolve concerns and enhance satisfaction
• Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising staff to build a skilled and motivated workforce
• Establish clear targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), schedules, policies, and procedures to drive operational efficiency
• Facilitate two-way communication and foster an ownership culture emphasizing motivation, collaboration, and teamwork
• Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Prepare and present management reports on sales results and productivity to inform strategic decisions
