Job summary

Thye Moh Chan is offering a Management Trainee Programme designed to fast-track you to a Branch Manager role across our F&B outlets. The programme provides hands-on experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations alongside customer relations and people management.

Successful candidates will be trained to achieve excellence in product quality, cost control, and budget planning, with progression to higher management responsibilities as skills mature.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
• Demonstrates a good CCA track record with excellent leadership skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday (6 days work week)

Responsibilities

• Handle full F&B operations including front-of-house and back-of-house tasks
• Manage customer relations and ensure product quality
• Contribute to cost control and budget planning
• Prepare for eventual management responsibilities and training for higher levels
