Job summary

INITIA Group is seeking a Management Trainee (Front of House F&B Operations) in Singapore. This 12-month program rotates you across signature outlets to master front-of-house operations. You will be mentored by experienced leaders while taking on increasing responsibilities through each phase.

Graduate in Management or Business; candidates without experience are welcome. Strong communication, customer focus, and leadership potential are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about operations and eager to learn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menu items and explain ingredients or cooking styles.
• Use POS systems and manage table reservations.
• Set up and close the restaurant with daily checklists.
• Familiarize with all outlet functions and operations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure product knowledge.
• Participate in the company's strategic planning.
• Assist manager with daily tasks and coach colleagues.
• Attend to customers' needs to ensure a wonderful dining experience.
