Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore seeks a Senior General Manager to lead daily operations across multiple F&B outlets. You will drive performance, profitability and guest satisfaction through strategic planning, budgeting and staff development.

The role requires deep knowledge of Singapore’s F&B market, strong leadership and the ability to manage cost controls in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is a plus for stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in F&B or hospitality, with at least 3 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• Experience managing multi-outlet or multi-unit F&B operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.
• Solid budgeting, cost management and performance analysis experience.
• Deep understanding of Singapore's F&B market and customer trends.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is a plus for stakeholder communication.

Job Requirements

• Sound commercial knowledge, with experience in budgeting, cost management and performance analysis.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and operationally demanding environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is an advantage, as the role may involve communication with Mandarin- or Korean-speaking customers and stakeholders.
