Job summary

The Garcha Group, Singapore’s boutique hotel group, is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations across its Maxwell Reserve, The Vagabond Club and The Serangoon House.

You will supervise guestroom cleaning, coordinate with Engineering, manage staffing and inventory, and uphold Marriott standards of service; strong leadership and communication are essential to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Managing Housekeeping Operations across the group’s hotels.
• Ensures guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.
• Works with Engineering on guestroom maintenance needs.
• Supervises the housekeeping schedule and staffing levels.
• Manages inventory of supplies and uniforms, and supports cost control.
• Leads the inspection program for guestrooms and public spaces to ensure standards.
