Job summary

The candidate will manage reservations, train staff, coordinate with managers on service improvements, and uphold safety and quality across all hotel outlets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in supervisory role in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to guest service and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer service focus and guest satisfaction.
• Manage reservations and large bookings; brief and prepare staff.
• Train team members for induction and on-the-job training.
