Job summary

Hilton is looking for an Outlet Attendant to deliver warm, attentive service and create memorable dining experiences for every guest. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and uphold Hilton standards across all outlets.

As part of a dynamic hotel team, you’ll explain menu items, accommodate dietary needs, maintain cleanliness, and support colleagues to ensure smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Senior High School education or hospitality-related training.
• 1–2 years in a similar role in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Good English communication skills for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer service by keeping guests in mind.
• Communicate clearly with guests and colleagues to resolve issues.
• Promote hotel services and facilities to guests and suppliers.
• Know the menu contents and explain items in detail.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness according to procedures.
• Greet guests, assist with coats/bags, and seat guests.
