XIN YAN F&B PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable operations associate to manage staff scheduling, maintain store hygiene, and assist at the front desk.

The role requires at least 2 years in F&B, fluency in English and Mandarin, and the ability to start immediately. You will help plan activities to boost efficiency and oversee inventory and production planning for multiple stores.

Formación

• At least 2 years of relevant F&B work experience.
• Ability to start work immediately or on short notice.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for guest communication.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule staff including work assignments and breaks.
• Maintain store hygiene and front desk operations as cashier and server.
• Plan and execute activities to improve efficiency, quality and reduce waste.
• Perform production resource planning and inventory management across stores.
