Job summary

SG HUMAN RESOURCE in Singapore seeks an F&B Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise kitchen and wait staff, and ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house in our Singapore venue.

You will prepare shift schedules, monitor costs and revenues, uphold safety/hygiene standards, and gather guest feedback for menu improvements.

Qualifications

• Work experience as a F&B Assistant Manager or similar in hospitality.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Communication and team management abilities.
