Job summary

KUAN KUAN PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced F&B outlet supervisor to maintain strong customer relations, ensure high hygiene standards, and ensure SOP compliance. You will plan staffing, oversee daily operations, and guide staff to meet sales targets while delivering great service.

Applicants should have at least 5 years in the F&B industry, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy outlet in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.

• Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in adhoc duties as and when required.
