Job summary

POON RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations of our F&B outlets in Singapore.

You will manage store operations, HR, hiring, and scheduling, ensuring smooth service and compliance with SOPs. Responsibilities include inventory control, banking, staff training, and monitoring productivity to achieve company goals. You will drive efficiency, resolve customer feedback, and lead weekend/public holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of F&B experience.
• At least a diploma.
• Drive and passion in F&B.
• Team player.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inventory stock taking and ordering.

• Must work stations during peak period to assist outlets and identify bottlenecks to improve workflow
• Monitor and plan staff training development
• Monitor staff productivity, achieve company goal progress and store activity level
• Involve in projects relating to the company, improving overall efficiency and level of operations
• Manage and Resolve customers feedback, and earn loyalty
