BE OUR GUEST PTE. LTD. is seeking an F&B Executive to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the service team. You will ensure smooth service flow, monitor food quality, and uphold hygiene and safety standards while driving guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment. You will work with the kitchen, manage inventories, and contribute to cost control and promotional efforts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Control operating costs including labor and food costs.
• Ensure equipment is well maintained and report repairs.
• Assist Outlet Manager with promotions, audits, and improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.

We are hiring for the position of F&B Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service flow.
• Guide and motivate service crew to maintain high productivity and service standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer feedback or complaints.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency according to company standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
• Train new employees on service procedures, SOPs, and company policies.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to improve service quality.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, receiving, and stock count to minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with kitchen and suppliers to ensure adequate stock and uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to achieve outlet targets
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
• Control operating costs, including labor, food cost, and wastage.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any repair requirements
• Assist the Outlet Manager in implementing promotions, audits, and operational improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Requirements:
