Job summary

KOTR PTE. LTD. is hiring an Inventory Controller for C.O.T.U., a premier lifestyle venue at CapitaGreen in Singapore. You will manage across five venues, ensuring data accuracy in the inventory system, receiving goods, and conducting weekly stock counts to maintain accountability.

You will lead procurement activities, optimise food and beverage costs with venue managers, and strengthen controls around POS and inventory processes to safeguard assets and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• F&B familiarity or experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the inventory system across five venues, ensuring data accuracy and proper receiving procedures.
• Conduct weekly physical stock counts of food and beverage inventories to maintain records and accountability.
• Lead procurement activities, including supplier negotiations and cost management initiatives.
• Design and implement internal controls to strengthen inventory accuracy and financial oversight.
• Oversee POS SKU setup and pricing updates to ensure consistency across venues.
