Job summary

CGTX PTE. LTD. operates C.O.T.U, a premier lifestyle and entertainment venue at CapitaGreen. The role oversees inventory control, cost management and procurement across five venues to drive efficiency and cost savings.

You will design and enforce controls, manage stock accuracy, liaise with suppliers and oversee POS and inventory software to ensure smooth operations and compliance with receiving procedures.

Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with beverage products and prior experience in an F&B establishment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the inventory system across five venues, ensuring data accuracy.
• Provide feedback to enhance the inventory system and improve procedures.
• Serve as the primary goods receiver and conduct weekly stock counts for accuracy.
• Verify stock transfers and internal requisitions, documenting within the system.
• Review asset purchase requests to prevent unnecessary expenditure.
• Lead procurement activities, including vendor sourcing and price negotiations, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
