Job summary

InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay is seeking a Restaurant Captain to supervise daily operations of one or more full-service outlets, ensure service standards, and promote guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, train staff, and collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1–2 years in restaurant management; hospitality coursework preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hospitality management degree or college coursework is preferred.
• Strong communication, guest-relations, and teamwork abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of one or more full-service outlets.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and SOPs.
• Promote guest satisfaction and maintain a safe, sanitary work environment.
• Train and empower team members for effective service delivery.
• Assist in handling guest concerns and service recovery.
