• Achievement of budgeted food and beverage sales, profitability.
• Timely analysis of Food & Beverage Prices about competition.
• Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company.
• Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Development and maintenance of all department control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, production, sales and quality in F&B.
• Develop and implement annual business plan and medium-long term strategies.
• Provide strategic advice to the board and chairperson.
• Communicate policies from top to bottom and ensure compliance.
• Maintain relationships with shareholders, partners and authorities.
• Oversee financial performance, investments and ventures.
• Read reports from managers to reward performance and address issues.
• Represent the company publicly and manage PR.
