Job summary

IDEKU, a Singapore-based F&B tech company, is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the local market. You will identify and engage potential B2B clients such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, and food service providers, and present tailored solutions that address industry needs.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, negotiate terms, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales within the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in the F&B industry (restaurants, cafes, hotels, food service providers).
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage leads.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and customised proposals.
• Present product/service offerings tailored to F&B clients and address pain points.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while protecting margins.
