Job summary

Y and L Management in Singapore seeks a Business Development Manager to lead growth for our Food & Beverage portfolio. You will drive market expansion, build relationships with suppliers and clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost revenue and brand reach.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BD or sales within F&B, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), strong negotiation and data-analysis skills, and experience with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Strategy Development: Create and implement business development strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key clients.
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales initiatives and lead negotiations with potential clients.
• Brand Promotion: Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for BD projects.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on market conditions and sales performance to senior management.
