Specialist Eyecare Clinic in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Assistant to join our front desk team. You will handle patient registration, manage calls, schedule appointments, dispense medications, and support doctors during basic tests under training.

The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and Mandarin-speaking handling to assist our diverse patient base; we welcome entry-level applicants and provide comprehensive training, with immediate or short-notice start available.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Customer service oriented with good communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Able to attend to Mandarin-speaking patients.
• Available to commence work immediately or on short notice.
• Work permit holders are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service and perform patients’ registration at the counter.
• Handle phone calls and inquiries.
• Assist in scheduling and rescheduling of appointments.
• Dispense of medications.
• Liaise with patients and family members and educate on follow up.
• Handle payment collection and basic administrative duties.
• Assist the doctor in clinical tests and minor procedures (training will be provided).
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
