RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Clinic Assistant to join our team at Great World City, Singapore. You will register patients, answer enquiries, schedule appointments, and assist doctors with eye tests and procedures, while handling payments and basic admin tasks.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of clinic experience, comfort with computers and clinic software, and a customer‑focused attitude. This on-site position offers a competitive base salary plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Clinic Assistant.
• Comfortable using computers, Excel and clinic software.

Responsabilités

• Register patients and attend to them at the counter
• Answer phone calls and handle patient enquiries
• Schedule and reschedule appointments
• Dispense medications to patients
• Explain follow-up appointments and instructions to patients and family members
• Handle payments and basic administrative work
• Assist doctors with eye tests and minor procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
