RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Clinic Assistant to join our vision care team at Great World.

You will provide frontline customer service, register patients, handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist the doctor with clinical tests and minor procedures. Basic dispensing and payment handling are also part of the role. Training will be provided.

This is a 5.5-day week with a 8:30am–5:00pm schedule.

Qualificações

• 1 year experience as a Clinic Assistant or similar role.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide frontline customer service and register patients at the counter.
• Handle phone calls and inquiries from patients and family members.
• Assist in scheduling and rescheduling of appointments.
• Dispense medications and liaise with patients on follow-up care.
• Assist the doctor in clinical tests and minor procedures (training provided).
• Manage payments and perform basic administrative duties.

Job Description:

• Provide frontline customer service and perform patients’ registration at the counter
• Handle phone calls and inquiries
• Assist in scheduling and rescheduling of appointments
• Dispense of medications
• Liaise with patients and family members and educate on follow up
• Handle payment collection and basic administrative duties
• Assist the doctor in clinical tests and minor procedures (training will be provided)
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• 1 year experience as a Clinic Assistant
• Customer service oriented with good communication skills
• Computer literate – good with excel and software
