Qualifications

• 8–12 years in Express Courier or related fields.
• Proven senior sales, business development or commercial management.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C express markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion of Express Courier B2B/B2C in Singapore and selected APAC/Australia markets.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet SGD 3 million annual target.
• Own business development, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Identify new customers and build a strong corporate, SME and consumer pipeline.
• Develop strategic customer relationships to improve retention and revenue.
