Qualifications

Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant shipping system software to support operational workflows.
Strong command of written and spoken English to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
Relevant working experience in Shipping Agency & Containerised Service to perform core job functions effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end coordination and management of sea export shipments from booking through documentation to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Manage husbandry services during vessel bunkering calls in Singapore to maintain smooth port operations.
Execute daily shipping operations and transactions with precision to meet business objectives and client requirements.
Proactively engage with customers via email to resolve inquiries and provide customer-focused shipping solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
Prepare and manage comprehensive shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L), ensuring full compliance with regulatory and client standards.
Collaborate within the team by taking initiative and demonstrating responsibility and meticulous attention to detail to support and enhance operational goals.
