Job summary

Kavessaa Consultancy PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced shipping executive to manage export documentation and regulatory compliance. You will liaise with banks on LCs and other payment formats, overseeing workflows to ensure accurate shipments.

You will coordinate container bookings, logistics, and communications with overseas suppliers to prevent delays and ensure smooth customs clearance, leveraging 2–3 years of freight forwarding experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in Freight Forwarding/NVOCC/regional shipping or liner industry.
• Ability to work independently and multitask under pressure.
• Good collaboration and communication with overseas suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage export documentation processes to ensure compliance with all formalities and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with banks to handle Letters of Credit (LC) and other payment formats accurately and timely.
• Oversee export documentation workflows to maintain accuracy and completeness for all shipments.
• Coordinate container bookings and logistics operations to support export activities efficiently.
• Communicate and collaborate with overseas suppliers to facilitate timely shipment and resolve export-related issues.
• Apply expertise in export documentation to minimize delays and ensure smooth customs clearance.
