Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate export shipments and ensure timely delivery across regional accounts from Singapore.

You will prepare shipping documents, monitor schedules, resolve irregularities and support process improvements while collaborating with suppliers, customers and 3PLs.

The role requires at least 2 years in export shipment management, familiarity with Incoterms and strong Excel/SAP skills to optimise workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in export shipment management.
• Familiarity with logistics terminology, shipping documentation and Incoterms.
• Experience in shipment scheduling, recovery planning and managing shipment irregularities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SAP (SD/MM).
• Ability to research export requirements and regulations across regional countries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities with suppliers, customers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Manage export shipments to ensure timely delivery and availability of inventory for assigned accounts.
• Prepare, verify and process shipping documents accurately and within established timelines.
• Execute daily operational tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve operational issues, delays and shipment irregularities.
• Participate in operational review sessions and recommend solutions for workflow improvements.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
• Organise and support team meetings, discussions and operational reviews when required.
• Monitor developments in regional automotive aftersales supply chains, logistics regulations and transportation requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of logistics terminology, Incoterms and supply chain best practices.
• Support digitalisation, process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Analyse logistics performance, transportation capacity and route utilisation to support continuous improvement projects.
• Travel as required to support operational activities and warehouse coordination.
