Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or related field.
1–3 years experience in customs, export documentation, logistics or international trade.
Familiar with export declaration procedures and customs documents.
Knowledge of Singapore customs regulations, HS Code or trade compliance is preferred.
ERP/SAP experience is a plus.
Good English communication skills; Chinese language is required for liaising with Chinese counterparts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Export Documentation & Customs Clearance: prepare export-related documents and declarations, ensure compliance.
Shipment & Logistics Coordination: monitor schedules, liaise with freight forwarders and internal teams.
System & Data Management: maintain shipment and customer data in internal systems; ensure data accuracy.
Compliance & Process Improvement: follow trade policies, support audits, identify process improvements.
