Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is seeking a marketing professional to oversee and execute all marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns, promotions, and activations across its current properties and upcoming developments.

The role requires strong project management, branding launches, and agency management, with a focus on placemaking, events, and community programs in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business or Computer Science.
• 5 years of relevant experience in project management with strong event planning and execution.
• Proven experience in development marketing, branding launches, and agency management would be preferred.
• Strong eye for design and visual storytelling, translating brand strategy into spatial, graphic, and experiential executions.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with overlapping timelines and priorities.
• Creative sensibility to placemaking, arts programming, and experiential activations.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute new development's marketing efforts and launch from concept to completion
• Preparation of branding and marketing agency pitches
• Manage existing malls' activation, tenant marketing, event space and advertising revenue generation
• Assist in planning and driving large-scale event, arts-related progammes and community-focused events
• Support exisiting asset's event space marketing and tenant publicity
