Job summary

Kiztopia Services Pte Ltd invites a proactive Marketing Executive to support planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing initiatives for Kiztopia and Xventure. The role offers exposure across digital marketing, social media, content development, CRM, partnerships, campaigns and events.

You will translate marketing plans into effective execution, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, digital advertising and campaign execution.
• Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok or relevant marketing tools.
• Ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines independently.
• Good copywriting, communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with campaign data, basic performance metrics and reporting tools.
• Proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative and hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables and assets.
• Develop digital marketing plans and performance reports.
• Manage social media content calendars and posts.
• Support CRM emails, WhatsApp campaigns and website updates.
• Collaborate with malls, influencers, schools and partners.
• Provide on-ground support for events and activations.
