Job summary

The Singapore Global Network (SGN), a division of the Economic Development Board (EDB), seeks an Experience and Service Designer to shape journeys for our members, partners and internal teams. You will apply service-design capabilities to create meaningful experiences, lead research, workshops and prototypes, and translate insights into improvements across programmes, processes and digital tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders and measure impact through qualitative and quantitative feedback,

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in UX, industrial design, psychology, communications, research or architecture.
• 2–5 years in CX/UX with service design or design research focus.
• Systems thinker with strong problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Singaporean national or eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Apply service design to shape experiences for external customers and internal teams.
• Lead customer feedback through interviews, surveys and feedback mechanisms.
• Define archetype-led journeys and run design sprints & workshops.
• Define metrics and measure success with stakeholders.
• Support internal officer experience with regular reviews and feedback sessions.
