Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a seasoned design leader to define and drive the experience vision for the Workplace Experience Programme. You will shape journeys across products and touchpoints, spanning digital, operational processes, and physical environments, while leading and developing the design team and strengthening design's strategic influence with product and engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in product or experience design at senior/lead levels
• Proven track record leading design for multiple products/experiences
• Strong systems thinking spanning multiple products, channels and touchpoints
• Clear articulation of design vision and strategy to senior stakeholders
• Experience establishing and governing design systems at scale
• Strong cross-functional leadership with product and engineering partners
• Ability to set portfolio direction while guiding teams through design decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the design team across portfolio projects
• Define experience direction translating goals into a coherent portfolio vision
• Champion end-to-end workplace journeys across products and touchpoints
• Establish and govern portfolio-level design principles and quality standards
• Evolve shared design system with product and engineering leaders
