Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a Service Designer to map and connect journeys across multiple data and digital initiatives. You will design a unified programme experience by linking fragmented touchpoints into a coherent system used by agencies.

Collaborate with product designers, researchers, PMs, and engineers to socialise the systems view and drive alignment across pillars, delivering end-to-end service intelligence and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Service Design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating work at programme or ecosystem level.
• Experience mapping complex, multi-stakeholder systems such as service blueprints and journey maps.
• Comfort operating above individual product delivery to set direction and patterns.
• Experience with technical, data-heavy, or infrastructure-oriented products is a plus.
• Proactive, takes initiative to make things happen.
• Desire to learn, adapt and grow in UX design.

Responsibilities

• See the Whole System: map touchpoints across four initiatives and surface interconnections.
• Diagnose Fragmentation: identify gaps and hand-offs between initiatives.
• Design the Connective Tissue: define coherent programme experience and shared patterns.
• Produce Systems-Level Artefacts: create blueprints, ecosystem maps and journey inventories.
• Translate Complexity into Clarity: distill workflows into artefacts.
• Collaborate & Influence: partner with designers, researchers, PMs and engineers to align teams.
