ANTARES MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness and visitor engagement for a themed exhibition. You will manage digital campaigns, social media activities, events and partnerships to grow audience reach.

If you are organized, adaptable and keen to advance your marketing career, you will support the Marketing Manager, coordinate across internal teams and partners, and produce timely, on-brand content with practical analytics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing; events industry exposure is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing campaigns across digital and social platforms.
• Create and schedule social media content using Canva, Adobe and other design tools.
• Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and visitor engagement.
• Maintain marketing calendars, documents, and ensure accuracy in materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to deliver quality materials.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts for a themed exhibition. You will help drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer growth through digital and on-ground initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and social platforms.
• Create and schedule social media content using tools like Canva, Adobe and other graphic design platforms.
• Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and visitor engagement.
• Maintain marketing calendars, documents, and ensure accuracy in all materials.
• Work closely with internal teams, partners, and vendors with a service-oriented mindset.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing; exposure to events industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic analytics.
• Organised, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiar with digital marketing tools and content creation platforms.
• Able to work on-site for event coverage, including weekends, public holiday and evenings when required.
