Job summary

Antares Management Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an organised Operations Executive to support a large-scale themed exhibition.

You will assist with pre-opening preparations, frontline staff training, and daily operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure a smooth visitor experience from opening to close.

This is a full-time contract from Oct 2026 to July 2027, with rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, events, hospitality, attractions or related area.
• Organised, service-oriented and attentive to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to prepare training materials, presentations and operational documents.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, visitor-facing environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Interest in arts, animation or themed exhibitions.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-opening preparations and daily exhibition operations.
• Prepare and update SOPs, training materials, briefing slides and operational checklists.
• Coordinate frontline staff onboarding, training schedules, attendance and deployment.
• Assist with staff briefings, rehearsals and site familiarisation.
• Monitor visitor flow, queues and admission procedures.
• Attend to visitor enquiries and feedback, and escalate incidents when necessary.
• Coordinate with security, ticketing, facilities, housekeeping, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Maintain operational records and prepare daily updates, incident reports and feedback summaries.
• Assist with staff rosters, meeting coordination and general administration.
• Support post-event reporting and exhibition closure activities.
