Job summary
SATS Ltd. is seeking an experienced Logistics/ Warehouse Specialist to manage outsourced warehouse activities and monitor inventory and cost efficiency in Singapore.
You will coordinate receiving, storage, distribution, and reporting while ensuring audit compliance and seamless ERP/WMS transactions. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in warehousing within logistics, strong analytics in Excel, and familiarity with Navision/Infolog or other WMS systems.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of warehousing experience in a logistics company.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes; cold chain experience is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage outsourced warehouse activities including order fulfilment, goods receipt and inventory adjustments.
- Coordinate receiving, storage and distribution with proper documentation.
- Monitor expiring products using weekly 3PL warehouse reports and resolve related issues.
- Implement inventory tracking and conduct regular reconciliations.
- Lead cost‑reduction projects and optimize storage and logistics processes.
- Interact with 3PL and internal teams to ensure audit compliance and accurate ERP/WMS postings.

- Responsible for managing outsourced warehouses activities (fulfilment of orders, Good receipt, inventory adjustment)
- Coordinate the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods and maintain proper documentation
- Responsible in managing and monitoring expiring products by consolidating weekly various 3PL warehouse reports.
- Address and resolve issues related to order fulfillment and delivery. Collaborate with other departments to enhance service quality.
- Implement inventory tracking systems and conduct regular inventory reconciliations.
- Perform analysis on warehouse cost impact and stock movement
- To manage warehouse storage and transportation cost and billing
- Interact with 3PL and internal function teams (Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales)
- Ensure 3PL adhere to company's audit requirement
- Posting of transactions in company ERP & WMS system - GRN / SRN / TO / SO
- Report open transaction confirmation twice a week
- Inbound container planning (on time follow-up to prevent detention charges, and updating container planning file)
- Manage products mix and products turnover in respective managed warehouses
- Planning for stock transfer between multiple warehouse locations
- Lead projects to improve operational flow and cost reduction
- Implement best practices in storage and logistics.
- Stock take/Cycle Count preparation and verification
- Weekly inventory reconciliation and reporting of stock discrepancy
- Manage monthly KPI with 3PL
- Prepare monthly reporting to Logistics Head
- 2 to 3 years working experience with a logistics company with warehouse operation experience
- Strong understanding in supply chain processes preferably in Cold supply chain
- Strong in analytical and data modelling skills and proficient in MS Excel (Power BI experience is a plus), statistical analysis
- Experience in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Experience with Navision, Infolog or other WMS systems is plus
