Job summary

SATS Ltd. in Singapore invites applications for an Intern, Store Operations (Aviation Catering) at the Inflight Catering Centre 1.

You will support inventory records, stock receiving, replenishment, and reporting while learning across cross-functional teams within a global aviation catering operation. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and the ability to balance independent work with team tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Logistics and Supply chain
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills to track multiple items and ensure closure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic admin tools for reporting and documentation
• Good written and verbal communication to handle routine interactions with vendors and internal teams
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented in routine checks or documentation
• Ability to work independently and in support of a team in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
• Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, and stock issuance activities.
• Prepare operational reports, KPI trackers, and presentations.
• Support stock counts, stocktakes, and inventory reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Monitor compliance with operational, housekeeping, and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory, operational, and audit documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and closure of operational matters.
• Perform administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
