Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking a Workforce Analytics & Reporting professional to consolidate data, build dashboards, and support monthly workforce meetings in Singapore.

You will assist localisation tracking, productivity metrics, and workforce planning initiatives, coordinating with business units and external partners to ensure smooth programme administration. Your role involves preparing presentations, tracking training outcomes, and maintaining project trackers to support ongoing workforce development

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities are essential.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
• Interest in HR, workforce transformation and project management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Workforce Analytics & Reporting: consolidate data from multiple sources and prepare dashboards and presentations.
• Assist in tracking localisation, productivity and workforce planning metrics.
• Support planning and coordination of workforce transformation initiatives and projects.
• Prepare participant registrations and training schedules for workforce development programmes.
• Coordinate with Business Units and external partners on programme administration.
• Track attendance, training outcomes and programme documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Workforce Analytics & Reporting
• Consolidate workforce and manpower data from various stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of workforce dashboards, reports and presentation materials.
• Assist in tracking localisation, productivity and workforce planning metrics.
• Prepare data and insights for monthly workforce and recruitment meetings.
• Project & Stakeholder Coordination
• Support the planning and coordination of workforce transformation initiatives.
• Organise project meetings, track action items and follow up with stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting logistics, presentation decks and minutes of meetings.
• Maintain project trackers and monitor key milestones and deliverables.
• Training & Programme Administration
• Coordinate participant registration and training schedules for workforce development programmes.
• Liaise with Business Units, training providers and external partners on programme administration.
• Track attendance, training outcomes and programme documentation.
• Support the preparation of reports and funding-related documentation.
