Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an Executive, Warehouse to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at Aero, Changi North Way, Singapore. The role involves supporting order processing, logistics coordination, and administrative duties within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, liaising with production teams and clients, and ensuring safety and accuracy. A diploma in logistics with 3–5 years of relevant experience is required, with SAP or ERP

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or related field; GCE A-Level or equivalent also considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (training provided).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent also considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work independently with a proactive attitude.
• Strong team player with a pleasant personality and effective communication skills.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (training provided).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Class 3 driving license is required.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
