Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Aircraft Interior Maintenance Technician to perform cleaning and routine maintenance on commercial aircraft.

You will install cabin components, service lighting and IFE systems, and ensure cleanliness and readiness of the operated fleet, in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in engineering, preferably in Aerospace or relevant certificates.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the aviation industry.
• Mechanically and electrically trained (maintenance).

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of aircraft interior and exterior parts during periodic overhauls.
• Maintain interior cleanliness across the aircraft.
• Install cabin interior components including seat tracks, overhead bins, galleys and bulkheads.
• Repair lighting systems and entertainment systems, and seat electricals.
• Maintain luggage storage areas and inventory for cleaning activities.
• Perform work in high-noise areas and at great heights.
• Ensure quality of interior and exterior cleaning on the operated fleet.
• Carry out comprehensive aircraft cleaning operations and facility maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform the task of cleaning aircraft interior and exterior parts during periodic overhauls (home interior maintenance).
• Maintaining the interior cleanliness in the aircraft
• Changes lighting systems and repairing entertainment systems, seat electrical systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft cleaning operations and activities as well as facility maintenance
• Perform the task of removing and cleaning curtains, discarding waste from the seats, and adjusting bulkheads
• Ability to perform the given tasks in high noise areas and at great heights
• Maintenance and repairing of aircraft cabins
• Maintain luggage storage area in a neat and organized manner
• Maintain inventory items required for handling the cleaning activities.
• Install cabin interior components into commercial aircraft including seat tracks, overhead bins, galleys, side panels, bulkheads.
• Maintain the quality of the aircraft interiors on the operated fleet.
• Maintain the interior and exterior cleaning standards on the operate fleet.

Job Requirements
