You will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while ensuring aircraft serviceability and operational readiness.
In this role, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Operations, you will contribute to optimizing maintenance processes, improving aircraft turnaround times, and enhancing overall fleet reliability and performance.
