Job summary

SGX Group in Singapore seeks a senior ED, Site Reliability Engineering to shape enterprise reliability, observability, automation and resilience across critical platforms. You will define the long-term SRE vision, elevate standards and align investments with business outcomes.

You will lead senior SRE teams, partner with risk, security, and audit, and drive how reliability differentiates operations while supporting growth in a regulated, innovation-driven market infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Executive-level experience leading SRE/Platform teams in mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to define enterprise SRE strategies, SLIs/SLOs and error budgets.
• Fluency with DORA metrics and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise reliability strategy and resilience objectives.
• Establish enterprise observability strategy and roadmap.
• Define incident management framework and resilience standards.
• Define service performance strategy (SLO/SLA).
• Lead automation strategy and AI-enabled reliability improvements.
• Define scalability and performance roadmap.
• Own enterprise resilience and continuity planning.
• Define cloud operations and platform reliability strategy.
• Help build operational risk strategy.
• Build enterprise SRE capability and workforce strategy.
• Lead AI-enabled reliability across incidents, observability, risk.
• Align reliability priorities with business strategy and compliance.
• Provide executive leadership during major incidents and crises.
