Job summary

LPS, a Singapore-based System Integrator, seeks a seasoned Service Delivery Director to steer enterprise infrastructure, security, and managed services across multiple client environments. You will drive service excellence, financial accountability, and workforce development while leading a high-performance delivery organization.

You will oversee IT governance, incident management, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Pre-Sales to support growth and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline is essential.
• 15+ years in Infrastructure Operations, Managed Services, and IT Service Delivery roles.
• Minimum 7 years in a senior leadership role managing large technical teams and client-facing service orgs.
• Proven experience in System Integrator (SI) or MSP environments with P&L accountability.
• Strong experience managing large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, security, and managed services across multiple client environments.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and service quality targets are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
• Act as executive escalation point for major incidents and critical client concerns.
• Conduct executive service reviews and build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous service improvement, automation, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Provide strategic IT governance and ensure regulatory/compliance alignment.
