CapitaLand Group is seeking a Website Content & SEO Manager to own end-to-end governance for Ascott's global brand website. You will coordinate between regional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure quality, compliance with brand standards, and strong SEO performance.
You will drive content audits, metadata optimization, and content refresh programmes, while managing CMS publishing workflows, UAT, and project governance in a fast-paced multi-market environment.

Website Content & Governance Own the end-to-end management of property onboarding, content updates, publishing, and quality assurance across Ascott's global brand website, ensuring compliance with brand standards, SEO best practices, and content governance requirements.
Serve as the primary point of coordination between regional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors on website content initiatives and enhancement projects.
Establish and maintain website content governance processes, approval workflows, and quality controls to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
Conduct regular content and website audits, identify optimisation opportunities, and drive remediation plans to enhance content quality and user experience.
Support the execution and continuous enhancement of the website SEO content framework to improve organic visibility, traffic, and website performance.
Own and drive SEO optimisation initiatives including keyword research, metadata optimisation, internal linking, content reviews, and content refresh programmes.
Monitor website performance across search engines and emerging AI-assisted search experiences, and identify opportunities to improve discoverability, engagement, and content effectiveness.
Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to implement SEO recommendations, track performance, and provide actionable insights on search trends and optimisation priorities.
Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of website enhancement and optimisation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Analyse website and content performance data to identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, conversion, and overall digital experience.
Manage the implementation of website content layouts, campaign landing pages, and digital content experiences in accordance with brand and user experience standards.
Manage UAT planning and execution for website enhancements and new feature releases, ensuring quality, functionality, and business requirements are met.
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes, driving timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
Manage relationships with agencies, technology vendors, and external partners to ensure quality delivery and achievement of project objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendor teams to align priorities and drive execution.
Provide guidance and support to regional teams and properties on website content, SEO, and digital experience best practices.
Support project governance activities including documentation, budgeting, purchase requests, vendor management, and invoicing for assigned initiatives.
Support strategic digital experience initiatives and other projects as required.
Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Business, Multimedia, Design, or a related discipline.
Preferably 2-5 years of experience in website content management, SEO, digital marketing, web analytics, digital experience, or related disciplines.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, metadata optimisation, content strategy, information architecture, internal linking, and technical SEO fundamentals.
Experience managing content management systems (CMS), website publishing workflows, and digital campaign implementation.
Working knowledge of web analytics platforms and the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and digital customer journeys.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in hospitality, travel, e-commerce, or multi-market digital environments will be an advantage.
