Job summary

Dementia Singapore Ltd seeks a proactive Executive to support Procurement and Premises Management, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and well-maintained facilities. You will work with the Procurement Manager, internal teams, and vendors to uphold regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

The role emphasizes process adherence, documentation, and coordination of vendors, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuity of services across offices in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, business management, procurement, facilities management, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in procurement, facilities management, or a similar support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams and with external vendors.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day facilities operations to ensure premises, systems, and infrastructure are well-maintained and compliant.
• Coordinate health, safety, and security matters, inspections, and emergency preparedness.
• Manage service requests and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Coordinate outsourced service providers to maintain service standards.
• Assist with office renovations, relocations, workspace improvements, and BCP activities.
• Maintain facilities records and provide administrative support.
