Job summary

MAPLETREE INVESTMENTS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Leasing Specialist responsible for leasing the properties in the assigned portfolio and driving occupancy.

You will support strategies to maximise rental income, secure new tenancies, conduct market benchmarking, and maintain relationships with tenants and agents. The role requires a degree in a related field and 1 year of experience, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, or Business Marketing.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing and leasing.
• Understanding of the real estate industry with some contacts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• EAA Salesperson qualification or equivalent is an advantage.
