Job summary

Mapletree Executive, Lease Management (12-month Contract) based in Singapore is seeking a capable professional to manage leases, prepare and check lease documents, and maintain tenancy schedules and monthly reports. You will handle arrears, lease audits, data entry, and liaison with counsel, bailiffs, and agents, ensuring timely submission of reports and accurate rental analysis.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail and proactive communication with tenants to support portfolio

Responsibilities

• Responsible for management of leases which includes preparing and checking lease documents, checking and activation of contracts, preparing and maintaining tenancy schedule and monthly management reports for submission.
• Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions.
• Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents.
• Execute the arrears management process in collecting payments from tenants of a portfolio of properties, prepare arrears report on a regular interval and present the recovery plan for delinquent cases.
• In charge of tracking security deposit, monitor submission of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales.
• Main responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely submission of gross sales turnover reports and detailed analysis of rental, gross sales turnover and occupancy cost.
• Responsible for billing related issues and managing the Point of Sales (POS) related issues.
• Develop and maintain cordial relationships with tenants and attend to all feedbacks/requests promptly.
• Liaise with internal and external counsel, court bailiffs, liquidators and collection agent in the course of work.
