Job summary

Stellar Lifestyle is seeking a Senior Officer, Lease Management to accurately manage leases, draft and stamp tenancy agreements and maintain lease data in Simplicity.

You will track deposits, payments and contacts, prepare URA quarterly reports and monthly tenancy reports, and perform other lease management duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building & Real Estate Management/ Property Marketing & Management with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Applicants with 5 years of related experience will also be considered
• Experience in Simplicity will be an added advantage
• Familiar with tenancy agreements

Responsibilities

• Manage and document leases including preparing, checking and stamping tenancy agreements
• Create lease data in Simplicity accurately and track document status
• Track deposits, payments and contact listings; maintain checklists
• Prepare URA quarterly reports and monthly tenancy reports
• Perform other duties related to lease management

Job Purpose

The Senior officer, Lease Management's job purpose is to perform lease management duties accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for management and documentation of leases which includes preparing, checking and stamping of tenancy agreements.
• Responsible for lease data creation in Simplicity, in an accurate and timely manner, as well as keeping track of the status of lease documents
• Handle the tracking of deposits, payments, contact listings, checklists
• Other works related to lease management.
• Submission of URA quarterly reports and preparation of monthly tenancy reports.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Diploma in Building & Real Estate Management/ Property Marketing & Management with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Applicants who lack a diploma but have at least 5 years of working experience in a related industry will also be considered
• Experience in Simplicity will be an added advantage
• Familiar with tenancy agreements
